Welcome to Rise & Shine Foundation. We are honored that you have chosen to explore our program. Rise & Shine Foundation exists to provide more than temporary assistance — our mission is to create a supportive community where individuals can build independence, strengthen life skills, overcome barriers, and work toward long-term success. This application is the first step in determining eligibility for our program. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, and additional documentation or assessments may be required during the review process.

To empower individuals and families by providing safe cooperative housing, supportive services, workforce development, life skills education, and community partnerships that promote long-term stability, independence, and self-sufficiency.
